Over the years, Bennet has sought interesting and empirically promising models of psychotherapy. He now focuses his practice on Individual and Marital Therapy, EMDR, as well as consultation and supervision. His general practice of psychotherapy includes a concentration in PTSD, trauma, anxiety and grief.
He believes that psychotherapy should not only be focused on the elimination of pain and suffering but also on helping people realize their potential and be the best that they can be. He is dedicated to providing the best treatment for his clients and training for his consultees.
